Western-Imposed al-Julani/al Qaeda Dictatorship Grows Sectarianism as Syria is Dismantled/ By Syria Coast Observatory

…Minorities in Syria, especially the Alawite sect, have been subjected to overt sectarian discrimination at all levels since the jihadists came to power. This discrimination is not limited to the jihadists of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, but even from their loyalists.

On the economic level, thousands of employees, most of them from the Alawite sect, were laid off, pensioners’ salaries were cut, and most medical clinics in their countryside and all agricultural departments were closed.

On the security front, Alawites are subjected to kidnapping and sectarian killing on a daily basis, and this is not limited to men, but even women, teenagers and children are killed at the hands of extremist Islamic mujahideen.

…Even doctors, media professionals, university students, farmers, and sanitation workers are killed daily in systematic genocide crimes committed by al-Jolani’s forces. It is enough for one of them to speak with an “Alawite” accent for his fate to be at the mercy of that Salafist extremist.

The Alawites are also being displaced from their villages and expelled from their homes and private property, even in the capital Damascus. Their money and cars are being stolen, and there is no law or police to which they can resort, because what now governs Syria is the law of Tamimi terrorism.

The oppression was also religious, as their religious shrines and the tombs of their saints were being burned and vandalized, the graves of their dead were being smashed, moving between their cities became dangerous for them, and going out in a demonstration exposed them to siege, storming, and the sending of military convoys.

Even if they wanted to play football, they were expelled because they were Alawites. Their “neighbours” held demonstrations calling for their “slaughter” or insulting them. When they held a demonstration with the only slogan being “Oh Ali,” they were called sectarians because they called by the name of their holy Imam.

…In just three months, al-Julani was able to establish the fastest growing dictatorship and sectarian separation system in history…”
