Due to sanctions people are abandoning the family pets .
On Thursday I spoke to a lady who has a cat sanctuary.She told me in the past the cats had three meals per day now all she can do is one meal per day.
I visited two veterinarians in one day I witnessed people bringing in animals asking were they could place them what charity would take them.
